Welcome to the first Battle of the Month!

The first contestants of PlayStation are the following games:

    - Firewatch

     - Battleborn

Below will be brief information on the two, and then you will be able to vote! Have fun!

    Firewatch –
Firewatch starts out with an amazing dialogue, which gives off the main character’s personality immediately. It’s a first-person adventure game with a scary twist that settles in your throat. You play as a man named Henry, who escaped his messy life to work as a fire lookout in the Wyoming wilderness – summer of 1989. Your only aid is your supervisor on the other end of the radio, Delilah. Your job is to look out for smoke and keep the wilderness safe; especially on hot and dry summer days. The game has many decisions and plot twisting scenarios. You are trying to find two missing women, because you were the last to see them alive. You seem to find a telephone wire, which has been cut. On purpose. Delilah asks Henry if he is in his tower, and when he says no, she murmurs: “Then.. who is?”
    Release Date: February 9th 2016

    Battleborn -

First-person shooter game, Battleborn has amazing and colorful graphics! It’s a mixture of PVP and close combat, great for competitive players. It comes from the creators of Borderlands, and I’ve heard there will be a beta for the game on PS4 in early 2016. It’s a multiplayer online battle arena kind of game, like the popular game Super Smash Bros., but much different. It is set on a star called Solus, where each species fled to in order to escape when their planets and stars were destroyed by the mysterious and unknown Varelsi. In the multiplayer mode, players will start with the same base level and unlock new skills and abilities during a match. The leveling system will reset when the next match begins. But there’s also progression for characters and players OUTSIDE the missions and matches, too, to help you unlock new skills and badges and titles. From the start, there are 25 playable characters with different abilities and weapons. One character has a katana, for example, while another has a bow for long-range attacks, and some of them having healing powers. There will also be a Story Mode that players can choose to take on alone or team up with friends online or even Split Screen!
    Release Date: May 3rd 2016
